At Royal Cotton Textile, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.
General Return Conditions
We accept returns and exchanges for most products within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- In their original packaging, including tags (if applicable).
- Not on our non-returnable list, which includes personalized or perishable items (such as fabrics or custom-made orders).
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@royalconttontextile.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Return Process
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions. This must be clearly included in the return package.
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during the return shipping process. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received in a defective or damaged condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized products (including monogrammed or personalized items).
- Perishable goods (such as fabrics or items that spoil).
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or not following care instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Please note that refunds may take up to 7-14 business days to process, depending on your payment method and bank policies.
If you paid via credit card, the refund will be issued to the card used at the time of purchase. For other payment methods, refunds will be processed accordingly.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a faulty or incorrect item.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. If the item is eligible for exchange, we will guide you through the process.
You will need to return the original item, and once it is received and processed, we will ship the new item to you.
Any price difference between the exchanged item and the original purchase will either be credited or charged to you, depending on the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or exchange.
We may ask you to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the process.
Late Returns
Returns received after the 30-day window will be processed at our discretion. Items returned after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
In such cases, we will offer a store credit for the return value, valid for 6 months from the issue date.
